At BJ's PJs, we want you to be completely cozy in your new sleepwear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your clean, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Package Your PJs
Place your items securely in the original mailer or a similar protective envelope, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the parcel.
